Magic Workshops - A perfect
afterschool program! |

Captain Jack teaches the secrets to being a good
magician, and uses simple, yet impressive magic to create success with every
student. The workshop utilizes tricks involving common household items, and each
student recieves a diploma with instructions for some of Captain Jack's favorite
tricks. Captain Jack includes books as a rescourceful tool for leaning about
magic, and that encourages reading as a tool for life! This program, ideal for grades 3-6, is great for building social skills
and self esteem. Up to seven different classes can be taught, incorporating
balloon sculpting, and juggling as well. |

a Bookaneer? -Literacy program |

Captain Jack uses magic and juggling in an
entertaining program designed to promote reading. Teachers and librarians love
the characters that are involved in the show. These include The Big Talking
Book, Bob The Bookworm, and a magical Harry Potter, with his pet owl Hedwig
(Whooo, wants to be a Bookaneer?).
At the end every child recieves an official
Bookaneer bookmark souvenir. This exciting and unforgettable show is appropriate
for grades K-6. |
